U.S. stocks eked out record highs, as investors continued to cheer easy-money policies globally. The DJIA added eight points to 17818, while the S&P tacked on six points to 2069, both closing highs. The Nasdaq rose 42 points to 4755.

Humm

Your not seeing the picture very clearly with the last 2 charts. It's like you want, so you draw lines to get.
Charting is a way to read retail sentiment. Don't pass what the chart tells you by. People don't like this stock. And their feelings are not changing. It continues to step down and base, while they decide what next.
