Maybe it's because they could care less about shareholders for right now. Maybe this is a way for them to stick it to their former partner?
Why not let the stock wither on the vine? They have a business that pays them a salary. They don't need to dilute and could care less about being public. That being said, why help enrich the former partner who is always trying to sue with a strong PPS? Seems like holding the PPS down by not filing would also prevent the partner from affording a quality attorney? Lol!

Ummmmmm.....I don't think anyone thinks the racetrack deal is coming back. We have pretty much come to a concensus about that here, and the company has not PR'd ANY news about that in a VERY long time.
