Not ever popular with the pessimistic crowd trying to (shake, shake, shake) make other investors feel the need to be perpetually in a hurry... or feel that things aren't proceeding as they should, etc.

The rocks aren't going to evaporate. Unlike some others, SRSR actually DOES own their ground...

Otherwise, for the most part... SRSR's not much different than others... and that "noise" in the market is mostly the usual "traders" preying on the less sophisticated... encouraging them in being impatient.

I'd still rather the company take all the time required to find a better deal... which seems reasonable, to me, given this probably isn't the best possible market in which to work at financing a mining project.

More, I agree that from where they are now... a little money might take them a long way... which still isn't a reason to raise a little money at too small a price.

Big picture... things have been improving, generally, market wise, if much too slowly, since 2009... given the lack of proper focus on the issues, it took them three years to pass Dodd Frank... and while it's riddled with loop holes, and most of that still isn't implemented, the regulators are ensuring the parts that matter the most will be implemented last... if ever... and not until after a new Congress gets a stab at repealing those bits. And, naturally, none of that flurry of regulation in response actually addresses many of the real problems...

The JOBS act tilts the playing field a little bit more in favor of smaller companies, again... undoing "some" of what was clear error in Sarbanes Oxley... even though still without many of the changes that will be required to really restore a level playing field...

"They" know what's required... to fix the economy... and that "they" aren't willing to have it be fixed... since the tilt there is benefits "them" ?

The situation for SRSR demands patience... as SRSR is experiencing a small part of a much larger problem...

SRSR also clearly isn't unique among miners and explorers in being undervalued, rather than in a lot of good company.

FWIW, it appears we're getting "closer" to reaching a turning point... where there's going to be something of a shift occurring in the market's focus... re-balancing a couple of the more obvious market dislocations that have been imposed...

I'm guessing that by the end of May, maybe June... we'll be seeing that the market lows have already been put in by many junior explorers and miners...

Maybe a month and a half... maybe two... before "the market" sector focus changes... and we see traders begin to figure out that owning metal producers makes sense... when metal is in demand...

The larger market issues, and the market direction... matter... even if they're not the only thing that matters...

For SRSR, it looks to me like they've got their timing well in synch with the market requirement... and, that's about all I can reasonably ask of them... since management doesn't actually control anything other than what the company does control, in their responses to the situations they face, given what they aprise their situation to be...
