I am fortunately very busy today, but did make a promise to the board.
I just got off the phone with Shiva as he headed to the airport. (I am not certain where he said but it did sounded like he said he was headed East NY maybe, not really important right now in my opinion).
Call me a homer, but the man has my full support now after talking with him. He is clearly working hard and does not intend on failing. It was a relief and quite refreshing to introduce myself.
It is clear he has put his complete heart and soul in this company including just about all of his savings. He will not let this company fail for he expects it to continue to grow year after year he states. His “journey” as he calls it is starting to really come together. Yes there are snags and it is a small company right now with very limited resources, but it improves weekly.
I will paraphrase what the key points are that I understood. Understand that we talked for about fifteen minutes on limited time via cell phones so it was sometimes difficult to catch every point, but he made no reservations in speaking his mind.
First of all the financials and Q1 are almost in the books. He used the term soon and I followed by saying weeks or months and he said they will be public very soon in terms of weeks. It would not surprise me one bit to see something as soon as next week, but that is me saying it because of his feedback. This is due to a new CPA and some changes and house cleaning of sorts. He is happy to know that most of us are truly amazed by the technology and are certain of what that may bring in time. He understands the frustration, but I made him understand many of us know Rome was not built in a day, week, month or year. He got a kick out of that and said it was good people understood that. I did say many are very anxious though!
Furthermore, Up listing is something that he plans in the near future after the fins obviously, however that is a very calculated and strategized move and he wants it done correct. There is a lot of regulation and effort that goes into this process. They are weighing their options on the move to the bigger board.
Philly is the ONLY true IPTV hotel fully operational in the World with this technology, and it has been a big success. Omaha from my understanding may have had a kink and may be on hold or they (hotel) might have went an alternate route for techie reasons or such. Understand I did not comprehend the industry jargon when I asked and did not ask him to repeat himself much. This is just how I read into that. I also told him that I was pleasantly surprise as to how quick they were able to fill the ad spots for Philly. He made a roundabout mention that is not the toughest part and it is easier at that step than I may think.
He brought up partnerships and customers but did not go into detail for obvious reasons. He did say that he has not had a customer call or meet with yet that was not totally enthused and confident in the product! This is huge reading between the lines as far as I am concerned.
I mentioned that I could also assume Steven Truckenmiller would not be here if he saw something to be a flop and he laughed as to agree with the statement.
Next, I asked him if there was a Q & A on the horizon so that we may pick his brain and fill some thoughts. He said frankly; let him do his job. It is a waste of time and time that he did not have right now. I understood that as well. This was what JWEZ had been telling us since his trip. In short he really does not have the time at this point to tie up with such a thing; I said that is fair in my opinion.
I did ask him if there was any customers and or contracts that he could speak of and he said very confidently that the customers were going to come (they are constantly calling and happy with what they see). Once again there was some difficulty following him word for word for we were both on cell phones and he speaks very authentic at times but I followed him the best I could.
He made certain I pass this part on in a statement to the board that I PARAPHRASED as well:
He brought up IHUB, and wanted me to relay to the board. He knew slightly of investor hub but did not know they were the same. His attention had been brought a while back by someone at his company that there was some defamatory statements about criminal acts on his behalf and quite honestly immoral activity as well. As far as the criminal conversation he said for anybody who talks like that he just as soon those investors go away. He does not need people saying those sorts of things about him nor his company. It is plain wrong and highly unethical! He also said if they wanted that fight they could bring it ON! HE has put his life and soul into this and just about every penny he has. Following he said, he will not tolerate that kind of rhetoric. He knows it is tough to be patient but there is no room for those kinds of outrageous remarks.
