does anyone know, and be sure of it, whether M'card and Visa can request another Markman based on contact?? we know the Fed Cct upheld JJN's Markman on 'contactless' which was AFFIRMED at Fed Circuit... so does 7126 have to go thru same process that took ~12months to go from initial allegation to Markman go back thru the same process now that the the allegation is now what it is?
