Recent spike in volume is from a PR put out after hours May 3rd.

3 reasons why the FS should cross...
1. The company due to an agreement had automatic dilution occurring, which the company has now negotiated and stopped.
2. From the same PR the company is looking to acquire other profitable companies... "the acquisition of revenue generating companies that show growth potential and profitability" making it a merger play, which are almost always lucrative.
3. 80 million float not to many stocks trade around .0019 with that small a float... this should literally float up... in the coming days...
