My guess is you use either Zyco or TD Ameritrade... both are fee happy when it comes to Penny Stocks....they claim DTCC Chill and then sock it to the investor... I use Etrade and continue to trade CAGR at my normal $7.99 fee.... you need a new broker my friend.
