The excitement of NEW, experienced management to lead SNEY was the big thing.
A year later we can see just how far they have moved SNEY forward, well maybe or not because we still do not have financial statements to back up all the hype they PR after I bought.
Do not confuse me with a new investor looking to do DD to get into SNEY.
Then there is all the BS that Mr Parent would tell people... financials coming soon. Right.
Give me a break about audited filing to get current for a pink sheet. Lets see JBII was pink and got audited filing to get current before the SEC changed them with fraud. Thus, you have not owned enough pinks to understand how the game is played.
Oh, uplisting is to get people talking about the stock and its potential. Until they get the 3 late statements in, there is no reason to even consider uplisting from pink to OTC. Not a big change in my opinion if SNEY is not generating revenues, which no one can say how much because that is currently insider information since it is not in any 10Q/K as of late. The PPS is too low to uplist to AMEX or higher. They lack revenue generation for NasDaq uplisting requirements. Thus, they are at best going to the OTC.BB. So what. If they cannot get current and provide information on current revenues streams why would new investors want to invest?
Just stop with the propaganda of SNEY going to be a high tier company. If that was the case, they would be current and uplisted by now, not 4+ months from now (maybe because more financial statements are due then the longer it take). Overall, they are still having trouble getting there act together IMO.
