WTCT has exactly zero chance to 'develop' anything other than more shares to sell to bagholders.
I suspect soon the entire house of cards will come crumbling down after an SEC halt and move to the greys. It seems further dilution and R/S is in the cards for this stinky.
This looks like yet another stinky scammy stock with no real business or future. My experience suggests its best to stay far away from the scammy world of dark OTC stocks. It's prolly just another scam, deal with it.
