mickey...totally agree...this is another example on why this mgmnt team must go, Merritt needs to step down asap. Why is when other companys sell their patents they disclose the amount of the sale and who they sold them to, but not IDC everything is treated like its a national security secret, if they want to run it like a private company then take it private, otherwise shareholders have a right to know !!!!! I hope eveyone votes this clowns out, enough is enough. I spoke with IR and asked point blant about Motorola and why they have not taken any legal action against them, was told IDC has their reasons but of course could not discuss those...lol
