ALL ODYC IP was sold to Odyne Systems LLC, a completely separate and privately held company. See ODYC 8-K from Jan 20, 2009: As part of wind-down in operations, Odyne Corp sold remaining IP, proprietary software and components, etc. to DUECO. Odyne Systems LLC separated from DUECO last year, before JCI's investment, and Odyne Systems LLC is now a completely standalone company. Odyne SYSTEMS LLC is the company that produces hybrid systems and is in no way affiliated with ODYC.

It is great technology with tremendous potential, but there is no play here, as it's a privately held company.
