3. Expanded their Distribution Chain to distribute up to 15,000 stores.
4. Found 11 private investors that were willing to front $200,000 to develop the product line in exchange for 11 million shares at 5x the price.
5. International Trademarked and Patented - PAWTIZER, the only 99.9% germ killing, hypoallergenic petwipe on the market. CHEMICAL patent. Also, MUTT bars, and All American Chewies, and Bow Wow Boost (water soluable immune booster).
6. Landed Contract with Nations largest wholesale grocery Distributor.
7. Landed Distribution Contact with Amazon.com
8. Owners fronted the company with 1 million dollar revolving credit line.
9. Landed deals with either Walmart, Petco, or Petsmart to Distribute PAWTIZER, confirmed on Twitter. However have taken the comment down (too early to disclose).
10. Had such demand from Retailers early on, that they just announced the movement of their Operational HQ to Shawnee, Kansas. HIRING 80 employees. Were based in Beverly Hills and was doing 3rd party distribution out of NE. NEW PLANS ARE TO DO ALL MANUFACTURING and DISTRIBUTION by the company in Shawnee starting by mid May.
11. Have been increasing their High Level staffing in the past month, lining up logistics from Ingredients to Manufacturing the product, to delivering to the Retailers DC and/or store.
12. Many coincidences including the CEO being from Walmarts hometown. Also the have guaranteed that everyone in the US will be able to find the product in a store (not online) in their area, no matter where you are located.
13. COMPANY didn't even release the PR's till weeks after information was known. They do not Pump and frankly are kinda bad at informing shareholders via PR. They do not act like a penny. Have not ever hired a Promoter in the 8 years of the company, even from .20 to .001. They could have scammed, but instead they REDEVELOPED THEIR COMPANY AND STARTED OVER.
