ECDC(0.0055) chart=STAIRS TO PENNIES $$$ (MUST READ) ECDC chart is showing a nice uptrend since early APRIL

-second leg up was from 0.004 range to 0.01 (mid April)
-now third leg UP is from 0.005 range to over 0.01 levels this time 0.015 ,0.02,0.03 ?? (NOW)
ECDC is showing great support at previous resistance levels and looks like someone is loading BIG here
