I want my money back for Level 2 service...
I called to cancel over 30 days ago.
left a message... he called back when I was busy, I told him I just want my account cancelled, and to call me back in 30 min if he needed more info from me. he never called back, assumed I was all good then.
Since then my account has been charged twice.
I just want my account cancelled and my money back... this is bullshit
