ASFX story in a nutshell: Purchased NDD IP and existing Bayer P.O.'s from shelved company, with payment to those shareholders in RESTRICTED shares. Released the big news and watched the pps spike (meanwhile, those who had just given them the IP and orders to release this news were holding worthless paper). The manipulators who already had large trading shares made a fortune! Then, when their shares were depleted, there was the CONFERENCE call where Doc called the stock overpriced and started the downward trend. By the time those shares issued for the IP and Bayer order were tradable, they were all but worthless. Yes, those in charge continued to milk the cow for all it was worth, but their BIG hit was all due to the NDD deal. Unfortunately, those who REALLY took a hit were the people who ORIGINALLY had the Bayer order, but then turned it over to ASFX because of their trust in the players. Guess you never trust a "friend", as he's the one who'll stab you in the back and you never see it coming.
At this point, the company's dead, the IP for the NDD and thermo are God knows where (and likely under the control of snakes), we're all left holding the bag, and probably a few people are a lot richer due to our faith. Hopefully the SEC will send a few of their asses to jail! I for one am ready to tell all I know to the powers that be... All they need do is ask.
