On another note I talked to RG. First thing he says float is till 8.04 million it has not changed. He also said the most accurate information is otcmarkets.com
As far as the non compete goes with IBM and Yippy. The only thing IBM can't do is sell another consumer license of velocity formerly owned by vivisimo at all. Also RG said it does not matter because Yippy owns the scripts and they can be duplicated. As he put it even if a license was sold to another company it would be virtually useless to said buyer.
