See that's the problem. Most folks do 2 minutes of DD prior to posting. If you had checked posting history, you could see him call CAVR at .005. Then, you pull a chart, and see where it went to .023 in 7 days, lol. If you call .005 to .023 a miss, then I guess he missed, lol. I don't think you could find one person to agree with you, but you could find hundreds who would say he nailed it.
