At least a few things have changed since then.... how long as the website been under construction if anyone happens too chime in?
I wasn't around Friday nor have I actually witnessed the L2 on this one recently...

Nothing but 0's until the 27th of March except for 10k all the way back to July 27th in 2011
Basically since this has been dormant for almost a year, and given the size and dates of trades back in July of last year [no comparison too recent] and given the types of trades vs sizes /sizes vs trades, and how it's dropped or risen on size... this is what makes VUAL unique and a much stronger watch / DD check each day for now.
When dormant plays and the number of trading days within a short period of time come up.... <0o> becomes a bit more intense

Anytime I see a dormant play start to have volume I always check for a website. If you go to http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/vual/quote or another symbol it may not come up on that page.
Thus a 'google' search should be part of your DD immediately.
