I do not think Viropro would be the first company in history to be successful with bad management, if you have a good or great product companies can still be successful. But I do agree with you that management should be keeping stockholders informed as to what is progressing in the company. Personally I think there is a power struggle going on in management and the stockholders are paying the price for it. Good Luck and let's hope for better days to come.
