The Chilean government has indicated the rules for the new Special Lithium Operating Contracts (CEOL) should be ready by mid year. I suppose this holdup will be in the way until after June. This should give MMTE and CLIL time to finalize and record any remaining acquisitions being sought, IMO. It seems fortuitous that a director of Minera Activa has already been involved with MMTE for quite some time now.
