WESLEY CHAPEL, FL--(Marketwire -04/12/12)- On March 28, 2012, Z3 Enterprises Inc. shareholders voted to approve all items in its recent proxy statement including changing the Company's name to HPEV, Inc. (OTCQB: BIBB.PK - News).
As a result, the Certificate of Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation changing the name of the Company to HPEV, Inc. was submitted to and recorded by the Nevada Secretary of State on April 5, 2012.
On April 12, 2012, the Company will submit the appropriate forms requesting the name and symbol change from FINRA. A response is anticipated within the next two weeks.
