Sick in that we do not get any communication which makes one think this is a scam. Ugly in that we were reverse split and now look at the price even a few hundred shares can drive it up or down. Nothing to base investment on. Funny, Shady Penny stock is the way this looks currently. If someone in control has a plan, it is time to pull back the curtain and let the world know.
