SD is doing what they said and moving into oil production and out of NG that is why I think they will sell all the NG wells in Ft Stockton TX as soon as the 2nd phase of the Century plant is complete -a joint venture with Oxy/Permian - Oxy could very well be the buyer -imo they have the bucks to buy all of SD

The first train of the Century Plant, a new gas processing plant and related pipeline infrastructure in Pecos County, Texas, began operation in late 2010. The Century Plant processes high-CO2 (carbon dioxide) inlet gases from local sources, yielding natural gas ready for the marketplace as well as a steady, economical supply of CO2 for Oxy’s Permian Basin enhanced oil recovery (EOR) operations. The second train of the Century Plant, now under construction, is currently scheduled to be operational in 2012.
