JC, I hate to be the conspiracy theorist, but I am left with little choice. I believe insiders are all edging for the largest piece of the pie they can get. We, as shareholders have no one, (except maybe the Judge) to watch out for us. Maybe guys like Tuetracker or yourself and a few others have "friends" that can get you information but if you divulge it and it is wrong or even right, you get lambasted and skewered by the rest of us. Ultimately, we will get what ever is left over and we will not know what that is until what? The deal is signed and the market price has already been set.
It is ironic that in some small way now the bondholders can make us a better deal by making themselves a better deal by offering a better plan than tenor which could leave a bit more for us. Fung is forcing the bond holders to roll the debt? Who knows but no response from Computershare does seem telling. With all the redacted info on E&Y site and the subtle date changes with no explanation, this process is not transparent at all and leaves me to read every post on Yahoo, Agoracom, and here to glean what info I can and I still do not really know what is going on.
What I do know:
I am greedy and ignorant and stupid and all three kept me in this stock when I had opportunities to sell at a profit.
I appreciate any information you and others are willing to share.
I will be the last to know if my investment in CRYFQ is truly sunk or is going to be OK.
