Hopefully it is in the ninth inning and the bases are loaded and IDCC hits a Home Run.

I have always thought that NOKIA and Qualcomm have been in bed as far as Paying IDCC 3G and eventually 4G royalties.

NOKIA figured ...why pay IDCC when they can have it all by just paying QCOM.

I figured Qualcomm's lawyers pointed this out to Nokia's lawyers when they made their last 3G agreement.
