Projects Initiatives of Africa, Ltd. owns the rights to develop various Small Scale Mining concessions located in the Ashanti Region and Western Region of Ghana, Africa. ICTY will reserve four gold concessions, with the option to develop additional mining concessions.

Tropical II Ventures, Ltd. is interested in acquiring 100% of all rights, chattels, concessions, and mining permits of The San Jose de las Agujas mining concession. The concession is a gold-silver mining property located in Jalisco, Mexico.
