They currently have 3 FDA Approved drugs for topically delivered Pain management products, and could break even in FY12.

They currently have partnership & distribution agreements with large pharma leaders Covidien for Pennsaid & Galderma for Pliaglis (with double digit royalty agreements). Nuvo is about to launch Synera all by themselves.

Galderma is not currently marketing Pliaglis for prior manufacturing issues with their 3rd party manufacturing plant, which Galderma bought in house and submitted a sNDA to FDA for approval and it's PDUFA date is 16th April
