This problem came back again because posters started screaming from the rafters the Chill had been lifted. It hasn't. Granted, I havn't called and asked my broker since last Friday, two days after this "news" broke, so in the past week maybe it has, but according to this site, http://www.mastertrader.com/tradingresources/dtcc.aspx

It hasn't.

People are so eager for good news, if any forms possibly surfaces, it's taken as fact before it's ever checked for reality.
