Is seems to be very difficult to understand tiger.

We all know, that all of the financials are not audited. Ok?
But the following 10K will be audited. And Valcom decided by themself to audit the financials. So this is enough....

And there is no reason to believe, that they act not honest, if they voluntarily audit their financials.

This is all I wanted to say to this issue.

Maybe someone can else call the SEC and ask them what is going on and tell us... Thanks in advance.
