The Company has five segments: natural gas utility, electric utility, Integrys Energy Services, electric transmission investment, and the holding company and other. The Company provides regulated natural gas utility service to approximately 1,673,000 residential, commercial and industrial, transportation, and other customers located in Chicago and northern suburbs of Chicago, northeastern Wisconsin and an adjacent portion of Michigan's Upper Peninsula, various cities and communities throughout Minnesota, and the southern portion of Lower Michigan. In September 2011, the Company acquired Pinnacle CNG Systems and Trillium USA.
