Worse than that, the BOD supposedly has PROOF of hundreds of millions, perhaps a billion in counterfeit shares of its stock in retail accounts and has done nothing to have the SEC or FINRA investigate. They may be allowing more counterfeit shares to be sold even today.

It's astonishing to me that they would not try to put a stop to this, if, as others have reported, they have the proof, yet have not turned that proof over to regulators. Why not?
