Some background on Brian Weber
Prior to becoming the CEO of BBDA, Brian Weber was involved in stock car racing. According to his background provided in press releases, Weber was a former Nationwide driver and owner. He also has over 10 years experience in the general contracting business through his company, Brian Weber & Associates, and was a former hotel operator in the New Orleans area.
Freedom Financial Holdings has since changed its name to Freedom Energy Holdings Inc.
It is probably no coincidence that at the very same time that Brian Weber was involved with Kistler and the FDMF shell, the ground work was being laid for Weber to take over the BBDA shell from Kistler's associate, Stephen Carnes.
Kistler has a long history of being involved in penny stocks first as an IR then as a CEO and financier. Kistler was involved in Titan Holding Group Inc (TTNH). He used TTNH for his own personal debt dilution ATM by setting up millions of dollars in debt Notes with himself using his company, Freedom Formulations, LLC.
The following are some shells linked to Kistler and/or Carnes. I don't have time to get into details now so it will just stand as a reference for possible future research:
