It also designs, sources, markets and sells name brand and private label fashion handbags and accessories. It distributes products, through its retail stores, its e-commerce Website, department stores, specialty stores, luxury retailers, national chains and mass merchants throughout the United States and through distribution arrangements in Asia, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, Mexico, Australia, Central and South America and India. Its product line consists of a range of updated styles designed to establish or capitalize on market trends by core products. It operates in five segments: Wholesale Footwear, Wholesale Accessories, Retail, First Cost and Licensing. On February 10, 2010, the Company acquired Big Buddha, Inc. In May, 23, 2011, it acquired The Topline Corporation. In May, 26, 2011, it acquired Cejon, Inc., Cejon Accessories, Inc. and New East Designs, LLC.
