Echo Global Logistics, Inc. (Echo) is a provider of technology enabled transportation and supply chain management services. Echo’s Web-based technology platform includes Evolved Transportation Manager (ETM). Its focuses primarily on arranging transportation across truckload (TL) and less than truck load (LTL), and also offers small parcel, inter-modal, which includes moving a shipment by rail and truck, domestic air, expedited and international transportation services. Its logistics services include rate negotiation, shipment execution and tracking, carrier management, routing compliance, freight bill audit and payment and performance management and reporting, including executive dashboard tools. During the year ended December 31, 2010, it acquired Distribution Services Inc., Resource Group and Associates, Lubenow Logistics, LLC (Lubenow) and Freight Lanes International Inc. On July 1, 2011, it acquired Advantage Transport, Inc. In December 2011, it acquired Trailer Transport Systems.
