This is not a unique situation. There are a number of corporate officers of public companies, including CEOs, that are out there posting almost daily on facebook about their activities for the company and the company's activities.

Any company not providing up to date and complete financial info PLUS full disclosure of shares issued/ outstanding/ options/ warrants and insider holdings should not be ALLOWED to remain a publicly traded company!
