Publishing the NI 43-101 finding is a no/no if you are not a Canadian Registered Company.
Well, you learn something every day. I did not know this. I did know that this kind of compliance was implemented to prevent miners from making fraudulent claims--and we know there are a lot of Canadian mining scams.
I threw a couple hundred bucks at .14 and took that out, but I still want to buy this around a dime. It may not get there, but that's where the big bid is. I think I have another month or two to accumulate shares at these lower prices.
