Royal Wolf and Pac-Van operate in two distinct, but related industries, modular space and mobile storage. Royal Wolf leases and sells storage containers, portable container buildings and freight containers in Australia and New Zealand. Pac-Van leases and sells modular buildings, mobile offices and storage containers in the United States. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2011 (fiscal 2011), Royal Wolf’s storage container products were used by nearly 21,000 customers, who conduct business in a range of industries, including mining, road and rail, construction, defense, and in the support of small and medium-size entities (SMEs).
