Pulse Electronics Corporation (Pulse Electronics), formerly Technitrol, Inc., is a producer of precision-engineered electronic components and modules. The Company’s electronic components and modules are used to manage, transmit and regulate electronic signals and power in virtually all types of electronic products. As of October 1, 2010, it had manufacturing operations in the United States of America and China. The Company has three primary product lines. Its network products include a variety of magnetic and radio frequency components, modules and sub-assemblies, such as connectors, filters, transformers and chokes. Its power products include power transformers, chokes, current and voltage sensors, automotive coils, military and aerospace products and other power magnetic products. Its wireless products include handset antenna products, non-handset wireless and automotive antenna products and speakers and receivers for mobile phones.
