Something really interesting is the difference in "Shares Held" after his purchases on 1/31/121 and 2/1/12 When you do the math there are 188,015 shares missing from his "Shares Held" can anyone give me an explanation where these 188,015 shares went? Maybe he was using those shares to hold the price down, however, wouldn't he of had to report this on shares sold? Somethings going on or someone at NASDAQ is really bad at adding.
