MWR followed to the last letter of the law, by making TSX aware of irregular ABX market conduct.
TSX retorted with contempt to chase MWR out of its jurisdiction, not wanting to regulate Barrick.
Whereas Barrick enjoys full press at will to smear and libel MWR, this side can hardly wait for clean transparent press to make the issue public and binding to Barrick.
If your child was kidnapped for 17 years and you knew who did it and how is profiteering with your child, would you remain mum happy with "just knowing it"?

So in essence, yes is a fight for rights and assets.
