Here is the response I got from Steriwave about GDTK, Cascade reactor and projects. sounds like GDTK was not doing what they need to do to go forward. Steriwave is waiting to see how GDTK will restructured to see if they are going to stay involved with GDTK. so don't look for them to buy out GDTK.

These are questions that GDT should answer and not steriwave.
however, i will give you an update relative to Steriwave group position .
The cascade reactor was completed by Hilsonic weeks ago
but needs testing of a large variety of waste before shipping it to the USA
and the parties involved in these tests are not moving as fast as we would like them to.
We are on the way to do just that, but it will be sometime before results and reports
are completed, because as i said, we depend on others to do.
In addition we are awaiting to see how gdt will be restructured, before sending the reactor to the usa.
Concerning the waste heat 150KW, I am told and reassured
that it will be completed by March 2012.
