You know as well as I do DOJ will do nothing to press charges against the CRIMINALS in this WAMU case unless cornered by EC/SG (same as JMW protecting the criminals in BK court), especially with Eric Holder at the helm. Acceptance of any settlement on our part requires us to give up releases. IT IS TOTALLY UP TO US WHETHER OR NOT ANY CRIMINAL PROSECUTION TAKES PLACE GOING FORWARD. This is the way it has been set up. We must give up releases in accepting ANY settlement deal. WE ARE BEING BRIBED WITH A DANGLING CARROT IN EXCHANGE FOR RELEASE OF THE CRIMINALS. Do not try and bury this important fact. Make no mistake about it, IF WE ACCEPT A SETTLEMENT, THERE WILL BE NO CRIMINAL PROSECUTION FOR THE CRIMES THAT HAVE BEEN COMMITTED!

A "deal" here does not preclude jail time for the crooks. There could still be a civil trial (money), and another for criminal (freedom). Nobody said they are off the hook for jail time - that's up to the DOJ.
