VGCP, if this is indeed the same Joseph Arcaro (mining company-same as KATX), looks like he filed a 8K around April 23, 2010 this year, per Stock charts looks like the stock went from $1.00 to $13.00 range shortly after the 8K was released in May.

This is 2 or three cases now where the stocks this guy touches is in the $1 range or better (if it is him). If VOXR has only 12M shares it could be a life changer....
