As previously posted on this forum, Shot Spirits has no ownership in the Beverage Pouch Group or ShotPaQ LLC according to Charles Murray, CEO of PPi Technologies Global (parent company of BPG and ShotPaq): http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=57821939

I spoke with him on the telephone following that e-mail exchange. The original ownership in BPG was forfeited when SSPT failed to repay loans BPG advanced to Shot Spirits for operational expenses.

There is no indication from any verifiable source that the ownership position has changed.

Murray is certainly a verifiable source that anyone can contact.

PPI's shotpakinc.com website has nothing to do with Shot Spirits Corporation, which has a suspended website, likely for non-payment to the host: http://shotspiritscorporation.com/index.html

SSPT gets only a $0.10 royalty per case of ShotPak products sold. Is anyone even cashing the checks? Brian Barrett and Tammy Posten seem to have removed Guestmetrics and abandoned SSPT.
