The name change and CUSIP change is entirely for the purpose of removing and punishing those MM who are attempting to short CNUV and no other purpose.

After the changes are finalized the effects will be a meteoric rise in the PPS as all shorted shares must cover. It is unlikely the shorters will come back once bitten by CNUV this way, because if they do, they know that CNUV can and likely would, 'rinse and repeat'.

The ONLY reason why the MM's are still shorting CNUV is that they quite literally don't read the PR's. They think they are immune from PR's and trade according to a algorithmic formulas that are flawed because they cannot read PR's or process the fundementals of a company.
