Been a while since we had an update, so I have been trying to dig for something in order to get a read on where we are and why it seems things aren't happening as quickly as we would all like. So, I got a response from Rob (not sure I should even put this out) and he explained what is happening and why. Good news is, well, here, read it:

In response to your email regarding, "is there any news coming". As you know I can not give you direct information, but what I will tell you is this. We have plenty of updates to release to our shareholders although we will continue to work hand in hand with the state of kentucky. Management will not release information with out the consent and participation of the state of Kentucky. It is our sole intent never to release information without any substance behind it. No pumping our stock. All releases will be solid with plenty of meat and will be done in coordination with the state of kentucky. They are our partners and we intend to keep it that way.
Our shareholders will be extremely happy with the way that we are conducting business both now and in the future. I assure you that things could not be better. Also, I do understand that the stock price decline has you concerned. In my opinion, the current price in no way reflects where we are at as a company. I can not control the public markets. As the business plan and financials are dissemenated to the shareholders the stock price will follow. We are building the business.
We are also preparing to get the filings done and anticipate moving to another exchange after getting back on the bulletin board. US Fuel Corporation will be a power house. This is my opinion and you know how relentless that I can be.
