The DTCC doesn't offer specifics on any chilled stock but does generalize that a campany has either sold unregistered shares or improperly / or illegally exempted from registration shares facilitated by bogus Legal Opinion Letters.

The DTCC is aggressively taking affirmative action without waiting for the tardy SEC or Finra to take action(s).
