Funny thing is MH was 51% at takeover. Though they have disclosed him being a 12% owner of MFW, have never disclosed his ownership in MYFT. They have also commingled mfw & mfwt through out whenever convenient except when it came to the assets.
There were 20,112,909 Class B Preferred shares outstanding at March 31, 2010. MH looks to have received at least 10 million preferred B at take over.
Myfreightworld.com LLC transferred the CMD to
MYFREIGHTWORLD CARRIER MANAGEMENT, INC. as they later disclosed ( it took them awhile) but that should have been the end of any mention of MFW. However they even continued to use MFW logo header on filings. Go figure.
Did you notice MYFREIGHTWORLD.COM LLC has been forfeited recently for not filing a report? I figure there was never nothing more to MFW but the "cmd" and Intellectual property. Looks like FMI & MFW are using the same applications so who really knows who's is who's? Neither company claims any copyrights to software that I am aware of.

During December the Company announced that J Michael Head CEO of My Freight World would gain control of ANYT through an issuance of Preferred shares giving him a 51% position in the company. Head will cause the name of the company to change along with a trading symbol change during the 1rst quarter of 2010.
