Corey, you are right about all this r/s talk not being good. So here is some good news. We have, the company that is been working on some process, and most of us think it is uplisting. I agree and think it will be happening very soon. However talk of r/s for uplisting to the Amex or Nasdaq are not at all realistic. What is realistic is uplisting to the OTC "QB" and I think that is where we are going could be the QX but don't think so as it has one more requirement of "qualitative analysis" which I do not think we have had the time to have had done with all the changes. But we know Chris was working on audited financials and current filings so i think we we see that this "process" we were in should be over any day now using 90 days and the May timeframe as a starting point. What good is the QB it's another step forward, will show we now will be getting regular SEC 10Q's, 8k's, 13D's etc, and will make us totally transparent as most of us here have wanted, and show that they truly are moving forward and preparing for bigger and better things along with the PSGS and annnouncements imo of major contracts soon with local, state, federal or foreign governments. Hope this sets well with you and others as this is what imo is happening shortly and to our benefit. GLTA!!!
