Reckitt Benckiser lost exclusive rights to make Suboxone in the U.S. in 2009, and has said it could lose as much as 80 percent of pharmaceutical revenue in the country as a result. The company may seek to acquire or form a partnership with Titan Pharmaceuticals Inc. (TTNP), a San Francisco-based rival whose Probuphine is a potential competitor to Suboxone, Sochovsky said.
